Websites that book jobs for service businesses
A website that books jobs: the site, an AI chatbot that answers from your own content, and quote automation, as one package, wired into ServiceTitan or Jobber.
Call it. An AI answers. That's the demo.

What it does
A website that books jobs is three pieces sold as one: the site, an AI chatbot that answers visitors from your own content and hands them to a booking, a call, or a text, and quote automation that turns what they tell you into a quote. Built in Next.js on Supabase, wired into ServiceTitan or Jobber.
It turns the website from a brochure into the front desk. A visitor lands on the site, asks the chatbot what you do and whether you cover their street, gets an answer from your own content with the page it came from, and books the job, calls the line, or sends a text. When the job is one you quote from intake, quote automation turns what they told you into a quote without an estimator driving out.
The three pieces are the site, the AI chatbot, and quote automation, built to work as one. The site is built in Next.js on Supabase and Postgres; bookings land in ServiceTitan or Jobber; texts go through Twilio. It is the smallest custom build we offer and the one we lead with, from an engineering practice that has shipped 200+ projects since 2014.
A build runs discovery, spec, build, ship, support. The working session opens discovery; the spec is the build plan; the site goes live on your domain; and we keep it running after that. Every deployment carries a written ROI commitment, and a website that books jobs is no exception.

How a build runs
Timeline set in the working session
- 1
Discovery
We start with the jobs, not the design: which jobs the site should book, what visitors ask before they book, and where a booking has to land. The 30-minute working session opens discovery.
- 2
Spec
We write down what gets built: the pages, what the chatbot answers from, the quote rules, what the site is wired into, and the number the written ROI commitment measures. The spec is the build plan.
- 3
Build
We build the site in Next.js on Supabase, the chatbot on your own content, and the quote automation on your rules, wired into ServiceTitan or Jobber.
- 4
Ship
The site goes live on your domain and starts booking real jobs from real visitors.
- 5
Support
We keep the site running after it ships: fixes, content updates, and the next features when you want them.
What we measure
- Agreed in the build plan
Every deployment carries a written ROI commitment.

Common questions
Who owns the site when it ships?

What is in the package?
Three pieces, built to work as one: the website, an AI chatbot that answers visitors from your own content and hands them to a booking, a call, or a text, and quote automation that turns what a visitor tells you into a quote. The site is built in Next.js on Supabase, and bookings are wired into ServiceTitan or Jobber.
How does the working session turn into a build plan?
A build runs in five steps: discovery, spec, build, ship, support. The 30-minute working session opens discovery: the jobs you want the site to book, the questions callers ask, and what the site is wired into. The spec that follows is the build plan: the pages, the chatbot's content, the quote rules, and the number the written ROI commitment measures. Timeline set in the working session
Does the written ROI commitment apply to a website?
Yes. Every deployment carries a written ROI commitment, and a website that books jobs is a deployment. The spec names the number the site is built to move, and that number is what we measure after it ships. Agreed in the build plan
