These terms cover your use of plainbuilt.ai: the pages, the calculators, the demos, and the forms. Work for a client runs under a signed engagement agreement, not these terms. The demos have their own terms, and the privacy policy says what we collect. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, do not use the site.

Who runs this site?

What can you do with the content?

Read it, link to it, and quote it with a link back. The text, code samples, recordings, and images on this site belong to Plainbuilt or are published with the permission of the client or person they concern; do not republish a page as your own. Case studies name a client only with that client's written permission and are anonymized until then. "Plainbuilt" is our name; do not use it to suggest we made or endorsed something we did not.

What do the calculators tell you?

The ROI calculator and any other tool on this site turn the numbers you enter into an estimate using the assumptions stated next to the result. They are estimates, not a quote, a forecast, or financial advice. A working session on your real data is how we verify them.

What about the demos?

The scripted demos are fiction: the names and numbers are made up, and nothing is sent to a model. Live demos, once they open, run on your own API key under the demo terms, which are part of these terms for anyone who uses them.

What does the written ROI commitment cover?

The written ROI commitment described on this site is made in a signed engagement agreement with a client, for the deployments in that agreement. Using this site does not create an engagement, and nothing on the site is a commitment to a result for you.

What do we not promise?

The site is provided as it is. We may change, move, or remove any page, tool, or demo without notice, and we do not promise the site is free of errors or always available. Links to other sites lead to content we do not control.

What is your responsibility?

Give accurate contact details when you send a form or sign up. Do not attack the site, the forms, the bot, the demo platform, or the demo line; do not use them to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited messages; do not try to get around a rate limit or a cap; and do not use an API key you are not allowed to use.
