I'm Eshan Cheema, founder and Chief AI Officer of Plainbuilt. I set the technical direction for every engagement, and what I care about is deploying AI that moves revenue for service businesses: production systems, not proof-of-concepts that sit in a drawer. I started Plainbuilt because I kept seeing the same pattern in service businesses with $10M, $20M, $50M in revenue.

They were running critical operations on phone calls, whiteboards, and one dispatcher who knew everything. These aren't companies that need a strategy deck about "digital transformation." They need someone who understands that a missed call at 9 p.m. is a lost $3,000 job. Someone who knows what ServiceTitan's API actually does and what it doesn't. Someone who can ship a voice agent into production in 4 weeks and measure whether it moved the P&L in 60 days.
