## Why does a concrete quote take 2 to 3 days?

Because the price is the last step of a trip. ## What does the quote engine read?

The intake data, a written pricing matrix, and your quote history. On the concrete deployment, the quote generation module was connected to the contractor's own pricing engine and to DocuSign. In general the service takes the job details from whatever your intake is (the voice agent, a web form, or your scheduling software) and applies the pricing logic your estimators carry in their heads: per-unit costs, material markups, labor rates, minimum charges, and the conditional rules (square-footage tiers, material selections, access-difficulty multipliers, seasonal adjustments). Week 1 of a deployment is writing that matrix down. ## Where does a person still review the quote?

## How soon after the voice agent did quotes go live?

In the four weeks after the voice agent's window. From the system, not from memory. For every quote sent in the last quarter, take the timestamp of the request and the timestamp of the sent quote and write down the gap. Sort the gaps.
